This performance immerses itself and its bodies into the everyday settings of our cities, villages and natures. It deals with how space(s) are inhabited by people and their different energies, emotions and sensations, and how to make this a more equal exchange. Allowing ourselves to be permeable and being likewise inhabited by space(s), their different lines, colours, histories and experiences, and move away from the monocultural consumption of space.
We make a 180º turn to the idea of occupying a space to look at it, use it, take a photo or push ourselves into and subtract the most from it. Instead, we become the observed, contemplated, invited into and wrapped in a frame, which the space(s) creates with us. We let the space(s) decide how we move as we wait and perceive. Emerging in an ephemeral bubble that envelopes all that space(s) offers and becoming part of it, in the same way that it is inherently part of us. The movement of our bodies is dissolved with everything that space(s) encompasses, whether these are objects, people, animals, plants, graffiti, cars … We become inhabitants of each other and we change the idea of using our bodies only for our own purpose. We let our bodies be the ones that enter, exit and merge us, thus becoming the inhabitants inhabiting space(s) in our body(s).
Through listening, seeing, tasting, smelling and touching bidirectionally, we yield ourselves to each other, becoming one structure, one organism, a unique and mobile being. We enable displacement and travelling, through a connection between us, in a continuum of interior-exterior space(s). Being the connective tissue between the space that contains us and the space that we contain, inhabited in such a way that it becomes an infinite fractal movement.
